KS1 Trip to Shepreth Wildlife Park

A day of fun in the sun at Shepreth Wildfire Park was just what the children hoped for... and their returning smiles told us that's what they got.
Kacper really liked the spiders but Chelsea thought that the tarantula was the worst part! The red pandas were very popular with all the children.
“It was fun because of the animals,” said Natty. “The meerkats were so cute and they were fighting!”
The bat cave was a suitable blend of mild trepidation and excitement and was a definite hit.
Rosie said. “I loved the bats. They would pause and then fly around. The red window was like a spotlight.”
Fish, tigers and parrots were seen, but the greatest debate in year 1 was about the crocodile. Some children were adamant he was fake because he was so still but Ollie was sure that he saw him wink!
You will have to visit for yourself to find out.
